Community Inclusion Services
Chilliwack Opportunity Society offers community inclusion supports to small groups and individuals. Actvities include: crafts, bowling, swimming, newspaper routes, volunteering, movies, garbage & recycling, trips to lakes & trails, games, community events, music, and literacy. Generally, the Society is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, but this can be flexible if needed.
Host Agency Contracts
Chilliwack Opportunity Society servces as a Host Agency for individuals who have funding through Community Living BC. As your Host Agency we will manage the funding, be responsible for record keeping, and will help you make decisions around who will support you.
You are in control of this contract. You will get to decide who you would like to work with, and what supports you receive.
You get to choose your own goals, and we help you get there.
Home Maker Contracts
Chilliwack Opportunity Society provides support to those who live independently. Support workers provide help supported individuals in all areas of independent living. This support customizable to each individual. Areas of support include: cooking, cleaning, bathing, shopping, outings, transportation and appointments. Individuals are encouraged and supported in their goals and practicing healthy living, but ultimately how we support them is their choice.
Respite Contracts
